古い describes old things, buildings, or customs, not a person’s age. Use 寒い for weather and 冷たい for something that feels cold. The negative of いい is よくないです.

Some color words are nouns rather than い-adjectives. For example, say ピンクのかばん and 緑のシャツ, but 赤いかばん and 白いシャツ.
