Time practice sheet with four clocks, a study routine, library opening hours, and a shop opening and closing

Use the four clocks from left to right for Pattern Practice. The lower scenes provide visual cues for daily routines and opening-hour questions.

1. Pattern Practice

Write each time in Japanese, including 時 and 分 where needed.

  1. The first clock
  2. The second clock
  3. The third clock
  4. The fourth clock

2. Use the Grammar

Complete or rewrite each prompt in polite Japanese.

  1. Change 毎日 勉強します to a sentence that says you study at 8 o'clock every day.
  2. Change 日曜日 働きます to a sentence about not working last Sunday.
  3. Write the opening hours for a library: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  4. Write a question asking what time a store opens and closes.

3. Speak or Write

Create a simple one-day schedule with three actions and their times. Then write a two-line phone exchange asking about a place's opening hours. Include から〜まで or one end of the time range.
